Served as Historic Preservation Consultant for all historic trades for general contractor.
Contracted for all existing wood restoration/salvage, all new replicated millwork for interior and exterior. Installation included cupola, roof balustrade, 2 porticos with balustrade(s), all doors (salvaged and new), all base and crown and all new full window window and sash only unit installs and trimming.
